We’ve just returned from the PLSA Annual Conference 2016 where we designed and produced the exhibition stand for Financial News.
Our brief was to make the stand look like a brewery, so we dived straight in to the research phase with enthusiasm (as you can imagine).
We worked with the Nelson Brewery, which is also on the Historic Dockyard site, to create a one-off ale to use at the show. We then designed the brand and bespoke bottle and pump labeling for the beer, named ‘Financial Brews’.
We sourced a heavy-duty bar and some genuine antique pieces to dress the stand and had a batch of jute bottle bags overprinted with the Financial Brews brand to use as a fun and memorable give away.
The stand also featured a custom graphic floor covering and a hanging pub sign in the shape of half a beer barrel top.
The buzz around the stand at the conference was very positive and the rustic feel and free-flowing beer were quite a draw.
Our creative solution certainly made the Financial News stand stand out from the crowd. Fancy a pint?
